New Four-Song Collection is OUT NOW on All Streaming Platforms

Release Day Celebrations Include Live Color Me Country Broadcast and Grand Ole Opry Performance

Nashville, TN (Feb. 6, 2026) - Celebrated singer, songwriter, and radio host Rissi Palmer has released her 4-song PERSPECTIVES EP, available now on all digital platforms.

In celebration of the release, Palmer will mark the day with a series of special appearances in Nashville. She will begin the morning as a guest on WSM Radio’s Coffee, Country & Cody, joining the legendary station that is home to the Grand Ole Opry.

That afternoon, her Apple Music Country show, Color Me Country with Rissi Palmer, will air LIVE from Nashville, featuring music from PERSPECTIVES, a surprise guest host, and a special live performance by Palmer. Fans can tune in Friday, February 6 at 2:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. CT on Apple Music Country.

Later that evening, Palmer returns to the Grand Ole Opry to perform songs from PERSPECTIVES, continuing a historic relationship that began with her groundbreaking debut in 2007 and has included multiple Opry appearances over the years. Tickets are available at Opry.com.

Palmer felt these songs needed to exist as a collective—each offering a distinct emotional lens, united by honesty, intention, and storytelling at the heart of country music. “Making new music has been my focus for the last year and I am so excited to share it with the world,” says Palmer. “With so much happening in the world right now, I’m trying to do my best to use my music and voice to amplify and resist through joy and hope.”

Produced primarily by Shannon Sanders, PERSPECTIVES was sparked by Palmer’s time on the 2025 Trailblazing Women of Country Tour, where honoring the legacies of Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Dolly Parton reconnected her to the genre’s storytelling roots. A standout moment arrives with “Somebody Somewhere,” the lone track produced by Dan Knobler, in which Palmer revisits the Loretta Lynn classic with quiet reverence. By inhabiting the song through her own lived experience, Palmer allows its meaning to evolve naturally—embodying the very spirit behind the EP’s title.

With PERSPECTIVES, Rissi Palmer reaffirms her place in country music not only as a gifted vocalist, but as a vital storyteller, advocate, and voice for change.
